HOW TO ORDER

We are here to help you with cultural information as well as to Order Form take your orders. Orders can be placed by phone, email or fax. We will confirm your order promptly and pledge the highest order fulfillment percentage in the business.

Terms:
Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will be confirmed. By placing an order, buyer agrees to all terms herein. We accept MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover or company check. Initial order requires a 50% deposit, balance due upon shipment. You may apply for credit after your first order. Payment terms for established accounts are a 2% discount if paid within 10 days, otherwise net 30. Past due accounts are charged 2% per month. Orders paid by credit card are subject to a 2.5% surcharge. You can avoid this fee by choosing the ACH payment option which has no charge. Please contact us to request an authorization form.

Pricing, Quotes and Contract-Grown Orders:
Please ask for a quote if you are looking for larger quantities. We also bid on contract-grown orders of containers of various sizes, primarily 1 gallon. For those customers who want to purchase 25's, we can offer them to you for an additional charge of $10.00 per unit or .40 ea. Order minimum $750.00, excluding re-orders in a calendar year.

Additions or Cancellations:
We require four weeks notice to cancel an order or any part thereof. Cancellations will not be accepted after plants are dug. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee. Additions can be made at any time but may be shipped separately.

Plant Tags:
Premium picture plant tags are available for most of our varieties at an additional cost. Please request tags when ordering.

Shipping:
We ship all year, whenever field conditions allow. Please request a ship date when you place your order. We try to accomodate your date; however ship dates are subject to digging conditions. Shipments are made by UPS. P.O. Box numbers cannot be used. Shipping, handling and box charges average less than 15% for bareroot & 20% for plugs, and are calculated at time of shipment. Large orders are often less costly to ship on a percentage basis. In the event your order is damaged, delayed or lost, notify us at once so we can file a claim with the carrier and/or replace the plants.

Warranty:
Plants are shipped in a vigorous condition. We will consider claims for shortages or viability received within 10 business days of receipt of your plants. Unless you accept substitutions, plants are guaranteed to be true to name; we will replace any plants shown to be otherwise. We will not be liable for amounts greater than what we have received from you for the order.

Your Responsibilites:
1. Examine your plants upon receipt. Call immediately to report a claim or concern.
2. Keep plants cool. If the temperature is above 60 degrees, open bags and cover with wet newspaper until planted.
3. Plant ASAP.
